We ask that all wholesale accounts make a profile and join as a site member. We also have an app for our website, which will make ordering faster and easier.

- I agree not to sell Terra Fate Exotics, LLC products on any online selling platform such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook, or others. 

- I understand that the substrates, food, and soilless mixes are prepackaged for retail and can not be broken up from their original packaging and resold or relabeled.

- I understand that any violations under these terms is grounds for immediate account cancelation.

- Products or goods purchased from Terra Fate Exotics, LLC shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 20% below MSRP (this is the minimum advertised price, or MAP). Permission for special sale events at prices lower than the MAP by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to Terra Fate Exotics, LLC and will be granted on a case by case basis.

- Return requests must be made in writing directly to our email within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reason for returns. No returns are acceptable without Terra Fate Exotics, LLC  prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

-For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

-Please allow at least 7-10 business days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.

-Custom Labels can be created for your business. There will still be information on the label indicating where the product was made and will include our logo. There is a one time fee of $25 for each product that requires a custom label. If you are interested in a custom label please contact us for more information about your design. *We can currently only print in black and white.
