Drosera
Sundews make up the most diverse genus within the carnivorous plant world and can be found on 6 out of the 7 continents. They can be found in the frozen fields of Alaska to the humid fens of Borneo.
Sundews come in many different shapes, sizes and colors but they all have one thing in common. They all produce a sticky substance which traps insects for consumption. Once the insects are trapped, the glandular hairs slowly pull it towards the center of the leaf where it will be eaten.
